Hemp Seed Butter
 

Make your own stash of hemp seed butter in a matter of minutes so you can have a glorious doze of a healthier and protein-rich seed butter on your slice of bread or in your porridge. Here’s my favorite brand of hemp seeds –––> Mighty Seed Hemp

Ingredients:

227g of raw hulled hemp seeds or more

Pinch of sea salt and cinnamon powder

Directions:

  1. Add the hemp seeds and salt and cinnamon to a clean and dry food processor.

  2. Grind on high speed for about 10 minutes until ultra smooth or to preferred textural consistency.

  3. Scrape down the insides of the processor with a spatula to ensure every bit is ground and store in an air-tight container.

  4. Store in the fridge to maintain their freshness and flavour.

  5. Use in place of any seed or nut butter to have with a slice of bread, granola or to make a dressing.
