Gluten Free Oat Flour
All it takes is one ingredient - good old fashioned oats - to make your batch of oat flour for your oat-based recipes.
Ingredients:
A good amount of Gluten-free old fashioned oats
Directions:
Measure out some oats depending on your recipes.
Place all of it or in batches in your food processor or coffee grinder and blitz until it turns to fine oat flour. Feel free to grind to your preferred texture.
Store the oat flour in a glass mason jar and keep in the fridge to maintain their freshness.
Use as often as you need to make your favorite oat-based recipes.
