Cherry Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

50g old fashioned oats

30g steamed quinoa

1.5 tbsps chia seeds

handful 66g of fresh/frozen berries

1 tsp cinnamon powder

25ml honey/date syrup

Sprinkle of kosher salt

245ml pumpkin cream or plant-based milk

optional: berry sauce, fresh mint leaves

  1. Combine together the old fashioned oats, quinoa, chia seeds, berries, cinnamon powder, honey or date syrup for settle sweetness, a sprinkle of kosher salt to balance the flavors and add in your favorite plant based milk to blend the ingredients.

  2. Mix the combination well and store it in the fridge overnight to thicken and get ready for breakfast the next morning. Serve with berry sauce and fresh mint leaves for a nice refreshing note.
