240ml walnut sunflower milk

64g frozen cherries

28g, 2 tbsp chia seeds,

12g, 1 tbsp hemp seeds,

8g, 1 tbsp cocoa powder,

3g, 1/2 tbsp flaxseed powder,

1g, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder,

25ml honey or preferred sweetener

54g banana, diced/ half a banana

Pinch of fine sea salt

Directions:

  1. Blend the milk and the cherries, then pour into a container.

  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients in the container - chia seeds, hemp seeds, cacao powder, flaxseed powder, cinnamon powder, honey and diced banana. Mix well with a spoon or a whisk to prevent the chia seeds from clumping. Lid down the container tightly and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight for the chia seeds to plump up and the flavors to mingle.

  3. Serve with a few slices a banana, hemp seeds and some shaved dark chocolate.
